ASIAN STYLE GYOZA DUMPLINGS

WITH DIPPING SAUCE

Pork Potstickers 

  20 oz.  

HEATING DIRECTIONS

Thaw unopened sauce packet in warm water for each of these heating methods.

MICROWAVE:


  • Place 6 to 8 potstickers on a microwaveable dish.
  • Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water into dish and cover.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 2 to ½ minutes, rotating dish once halfway through heating time.

Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

PAN-FRY:


  • Heat fry pan with 1 to 2 Tbsp. oil on HIGH heat.
  • Place 6 to 8 potstickers into pan, lower heat to medium high and fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water into pan and cover. *Please use caution when adding water to hot oil as oil will pop.
  • Steam potstickers for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

DEEP-FRY:


  • In hot oil (350˚F), fry frozen potstickers for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. 
  • *Please use caution when frying as water or ice on potstickers will cause popping in the hot oil.


SOUP:


Add frozen potstickers to any boiling soup or broth and boil for 3 minutes or until tender.

INGREDIENTS – FILLING: CABBAGE, PORK, ONION, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: SOY SAUCE (WATER, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, SALT), SESAME OIL, SALT, SUGAR, SPICES, GARLIC.

DOUGH: ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON (REDUCED), THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), WATER, SALT, SOYBEAN OIL, DUSTED IN VEGETABLE STARCH.

SAUCE: WATER, SOY SAUCE (WATER, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, SALT), SUGAR, VINEGAR (DISTILLED VINEGAR), SALT.

CONTAINS: SOY, WHEAT, AND SESAME.
