Mandarin Orange Chicken with Vegetables over Rice

Ingredients:


1 box 22 oz Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken (or equivalent portion from family/ club size box)

1 bag or box of frozen vegetable mix, preferably oriental mix but any kind will do

2 cups cooked rice


Directions:


  • Place 6 to 8 potstickers on a microwaveable dish.
  • Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water into dish and cover.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 2 to ½ minutes, rotating dish once halfway through heating time.
  • Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad with Orange Dijon Sauce

Ingredients:


1 box 22 oz Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken (or equivalent portion from family/ club size box)

 4 golden delicious apples, cored and cut into large pieces

 8 cups baby spinach leaves

 1 cup chopped walnuts

 1 cup crumbled goat cheese

 6 oz mandarin orange sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box)

 1 ½ tablespoon dijon mustard

 ¾ teaspoon chopped garlic

Directions:


  • Heat Crazy Cuizine chicken per cooking instructions on box.
  • While heating chicken, mix apple pieces, spinach, walnuts, and goat cheese together (Apple Mix)
  • Mix mandarin orange sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic together (Sauce Mix)
  • When chicken is ready, toss with Apple Mix and Sauce Mix – and serve.

Mandarin Orange Chicken Dippers

Ingredients:


1 box 22 oz Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken (or equivalent portion from family/ club size box)

 1 ½ - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

 1 teaspoon chopped garlic


Directions:


  • Heat Crazy Cuizine chicken per cooking instructions on box.
  • Mix the mandarin orange sauce, Dijon mustard and chopped garlic.
  • Put a toothpick in each piece of chicken, dip them into the sauce, and ENJOY!

General Tso's Pizza with Apricots

Ingredients:


1 Box 22 oz Crazy Cuizine General Tso’s Chicken (or equivalent portion from family size box)

1 (15 oz) can apricots in light syrup

1 Boboli pizza crust

1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded four cheese mexican blend 

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced    



Directions:


  • Heat Crazy Cuizine chicken per cooking instructions on box, then cut into bite size.
  • Brush a thin layer of General Tso's sauce onto the Boboli pizza crust.
  • Add four cheese Mexican blend cheese, green and red bell pepper, onion, apricot and chicken pieces
  • Bake for 10 minutes in oven, or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

General Tso's Chicken With Bell Pepper & Onions Over Rice

Ingredients:


1 Box 22 oz Crazy Cuizine General Tso’s Chicken (or equivalent portion from family size box)

3 bell peppers (preferably one each of red, yellow, and green), cut into pieces

1 medium onion, cut into pieces

2 cups cooked rice



Directions:


  • Heat Crazy Cuizine chicken per cooking instructions on box.
  • Heat one tablespoon oil and sauté pepper and onions together for 3-4 minutes until tender, add General Tso's sauce (included in crazy cuisine box) to heated chicken and mix well.
  • Serve over cooked rice.

General Tso's Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:


1 box 22 oz Crazy Cuizine General Tso’s Chicken (or equivalent portion from family size box)

8 flour tortillas

3 tomatoes, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 large avocado

1 head romaine lettuce (or equivalent)

mayonnaise (to taste)



Directions:


  • Place 6 to 8 potstickers on a microwaveable dish.

Shanghai Dumpling Soup

Ingredients:


For the Dumplings:

•    1 box (20 oz) Crazy Cuizine Chicken or Pork Potstickers


For the Shanghai Broth (Yields 1½ gallons):


4 teaspoons olive oil

2/3 cup pork belly, diced into 1-inch cubes

7 teaspoons chicken base 

6 teaspoons vegetable base (paste or powder)

3 teaspoons minced ginger

2 teaspoons minced garlic in oil

4 teaspoons Shaoxing rice wine

3 teaspoons Chinese black vinegar

2 teaspoons sesame oil

9½ cups water

1/3 cup green onions, chopped

1/3 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced

A pinch of ground white pepper




Directions:


  • Preheat a large stockpot over medium heat. Add the olive oil.
  • Add the diced pork belly and cook until browned.
  • Add soup ingredients from chicken base through water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Add green onion, sliced shiitake mushrooms, white pepper and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Add Crazy Cuizine potstickers and cook 5-6 minutes. 
  • Serve and enjoy.
