KEEP FROZEN - Thawing chicken is not necessary before heating. For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions.

STOVETOP: (Preferred Method)

  1. Thaw sauce pouch in warm water.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over High Heat.
  3. Add chicken to skillet and stir fry for 6 minutes or until heated through
  4. Add thawed sauce pouch to pan and stir fry until chicken is completely coated with sauce
  5. Microwave rice pouch on high for 2 minutes. Loosen up the rice inside pouch
  6. Serve the chicken and sauce mixture over the rice.

MICROWAVE: (instructions based on 1000 WATT Microwave oven. MInor adjustments may be necessary)

  1. Place contents of one bag of chicken and one sauce packet in a covered microwave oven-safe dish. Mix the chicken with the sauce and cook on High for 3 minutes or until hot.
  2. Remove from microwave oven and mix the chicken and sauce.
  3. Cover the dish and continue to cook on high for 3 minutes or unitl hot.
  4. Microwave contents of rice pouch for 2 minutes on high or until hot.
  5. Serve on top of rice.
